If I win I will use if for baking bread with my grandson. He is home schooled and I live with him/my daughters family. My daughter has what I refer to as a “city homestead”….if it doesn’t feed us, it is not grown on this half acre city lot. We have learned so much from your newsletter!
Addison is very quiet and has some anxiety, and he and I have digestive issues. I learned by trial and error that we both benefit from eating only sourdough baked products. We did an experiment for part of his school lesson, and developed our own DIY sourdough starter. We share your newsletter via my computer and use many of the recipes and tips you so generously share.
Addison has taken basic bread recipes and made them better by adding in herbs or sweet things and has really expanded his skills. He is turning 17 soon and would love to start a small cottage baking business, but lacks the money for good equipment to do it on a larger scale. He would benefit from this amazing appliance if I am chosen.

I’ve just retired. I’ve been collecting bread recipes and the Bosch Universal Plus Stand Mixer is just the thing I need to start baking. Along with bread, the holidays are coming and it’s been suggested that the girls in the neighborhood should get together for a cookie day. I can’t think of a better appliance to bring to mix all those doughs together!
I started making sourdough sandwich bread about a year ago, and I have to mix it in two separate batches because my 250 max watt classic stand mixer isn’t powerful enough. I’m envious of the people who have more powerful mixers, and I’d love to be able to try new recipes. This Bosch Universal Plus Stand Mixer would be a dream!

Homemade bread–YUMMY!
I would use the mixer to make a big batch of cinnamon rolls for Christmas.
I would be baking so much bread if I won. My family loves homemade bread. And with the holidays coming up, I’d normally be baking up a storm right now, but my mixer died a few months ago and it is so much harder to make bread in my tiny kitchen when I have to do it by hand.

Although your artisan bread is so easy to make by hand, (i’ve made it a dozen times) it would be nice to be able to put in all of the ingredients at once and sit back and read your blogs!
