I would love to make homemade breads, pizza dough, cookies , to make sourdough crackers.
I do a lot of baking for my family–breads, cookies, cakes–and this time of year is busy, busy, busy. The added extra is our house ends up smelling really good.

I am interested in the Bosch mixer to help my son who loves baking bread.
I have not had any devices to do any of my baking endeavors outside of my manual tools I was born with and a decent whisk and measuring cups. Owning a workhorse such as this would be a true blessing in my senior years now that I have the time and inspiration to produce enjoyable staples and treats.

I love to bake but always struggle to find enough time to make many recipes. Having this mixer would make things more efficient than hand mixing. Hand mixing large recipes takes a lot time.
