If I had the White Bosch Universal Plus Stand Mixer I would be so happy as all I have is a hand mixer. I would be whipping up breads mostly, but also cookies and other holiday treats.

I have wheat berries that I want to grind (with my Nutrimill grinder)but don’t have a good way to mix my dough. To win the Bosch mixer would be so wonderful. I so badly want to make bread, cinnamon rolls, cookies etc. I cook for my parents as well so would use it a lot! Thank you!
I would love to have a Bosch Universal Plus Mixer.
This would finally get me to making my own bread. My love of cooking and baking is still here, but being in my 70’s and with just my husband we don’t eat as much as we used to. I also find I would rather spend my time outside with flowers, fruits and the vegetable garden than inside the house. The time needed to make bread and the work of kneeding it just doesn’t fit into my day. A mixer that would do the work for me would allow me to finally add fresh home made bread to my fresh fruits and veggies and local grown beef and pork. Oh happy day!
I have the Nutrimill grinder for grains and make homemade bread for my family. The next item I would get is the mixer. The German Bosch engineering is the quality I want in this appliance. It is the one that compliments the grain mill and makes sense not to settle for less.
I have wanted one of these for years but cannot afford it. I don’t bake that often but would love to start making more breads. I have made a few of the French breads and other types of quick breads but not many of the yeast breads.

I make my own bread but have been really eyeing all the cool new tools available for bread baking that I see on blogs. With a mixer like that I could bake bread for my daughter and her six kids.
What a dream mixer!! I have been making bread (sourdough specifically) by hand…kneading the dough is an arm workout and time consuming for sure. This would be such a time & energy saver. I would primarily use the Bosch Mixer to make large batches of sourdough bread for my family of 11, instead of making it daily. I’d also use it to make butter, whipped cream, and just about anything else from scratch I could.
A Bosch mixer has been on my dream list for a while. Would use as a timesaver to make bigger batches of everything I can!
My goal is to start making bread for both my family and my parents. This mixer would really help make multiple loaves to feed us all.
I would gift it to my son! He has been wanting a stand mixer for a long time now, and I already have one. He enjoys baking and he has ventured into baking gluten free items after his girlfriend had to make the switch.
Now that I am retired, I have committed to more scratch baking. Bread, our home made pizza, cookies and baked goods for the holidays. Old age and arthritic fingers make so many things difficult that I would likely use it to do the usual bread making and bakery goods but also those things I used to do by hand, like cutting the flour into the pie dough. Machines will have to do the work that used to be so easy.
This would be great for making breads and cookies for my family. Have issues with my hands so stirring is hard.

I have a family of 8 (4 of them teen boys) and have been wanting a Bosch mixer for years but have never had the opportunity to get one. It is tiresome to make three separate batches or having to let my mixer cool or make some in the stand mixer and some by hand so that I have enough for everyone. I try to make most things from scratch so this would also really help with time. This was a great idea! Good luck everyone!!
