I would love to use a mixer for all of the Christmas cookies I plan to make! Also I have your bread book and would love to get back into the habit of bread-making.
I would love the opportunity to win this. I bake, cook and preserve a lot!! It would be so helpful making bread which I do at least 2 – 3 times a week.
I recently purchased your book but I have yet to attempt a recipe! My daughter and I both have an interest in baking bread from scratch and having a quality mixer would make the effort seem less daunting! I used to bake from scratch years ago, and am getting back into it for health and budget reasons.
The Bosch Universal Plus would be an amazing addition to my kitchen for making bread and so much more!
I would have a quite a few uses for this mixer. I have heard it’s one of the better ones for bread making. I also enjoy making cakes. My teenage is also getting into cookie making, so I’m sure she would also get a bit of use from it.

I am originally from the Netherlands, you guessed it .. a bread and cheese girl … gonna try my favorite Tiger bread with a crispy crust … YUM .. with a splash of butter.
I remember all of the wonderful aromas at my grandmother’s house at Christmas and Easter, with freshly made pierogies, cookies, pies, and breads. I had her mixer for years after she passed, but now that’s gone, too. I’d really love to have another mixer so that I could recapture some of those memories using the recipes she left behind.

I blew up my kitchen aid making bread after a couple years . I have been making all our bread products for a while now by hand. I’ve been looking at this exact mixer but The price point is out of reach for us. This would be a huge blessing.
