I am thinking of starting to make sour dough bread. lol lies loaves! I was thinking on making and selling for a ministry at my church. This would make making large batches so much easier. This is a great contest prize!

Oh my gosh, sounds too good to be true! I would never buy bread again. The heavenly smell of baking bread everyday!!!!!!
I would love this for bread making and other treats for my family.
Since my stroke I have stopped baking bread because I can’t knead it properly. The mixers I have just can’t knead the dough properly and I can’t afford a new appliance. I also love baking cookies and this would make it so much easier! That is how I would use it.
The Bosch Universal Plus mixer would be my right hand (and left hand) “man” for kneading homemade bread, cookies, whipping egg whites for meringues, and a myriad of other things! Would use it for everything! Make all our own bread and would use the attachments for all our veggie and fruit prep for canning.
I bake a lot for my husband and I and our children and their families. I don’t know when I bought anything from the store. I presently have a stand-up mixer which I bought in the 70’s and have been thinking of replacing it. As a senior citizen this is a good size for us. Thank you for offering it,
I would use the mixer for primarily making breads and baking etc. As of recently, my kids and I have been trying to make alot of our own food. We have been preserving some of the foods that we have grown in our small garden. They also eat alot of bread and its scary how long bread in the stores can last. So many preservatives! The kids have really enjoyed making our own food and its getting them healthier along the way. We would love to win this mixer. Please consider 🙂

I love oatmeal cookies so I would use it for those. I have never tried using a mixer to make my mothers homemade bisquits but that is something I could use it for also. Enter me in the drawing.

I would use it to mix up my sourdough that I bake every week. My mixer is about 45 or 46 years old, so I would love to replace it with the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer!
