Shortbread Pie Crust

Strawberry-Raspberry Pie - a sugar cookie crust filled with fresh strawberries in a strawberry-raspberry puree, and topped with sweetened whipped cream.

This pie crust tastes just like a favorite shortbread cookie.




  1. Sift flour and sugar together into large mixing bowl.
  2. With pastry blender or food processor, cut in butter until mixture resembles cornmeal.
  3. Chill 30 minutes, then press firmly into 9 inch pie pan.
  4. Blind bake at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
